The weekend of July 10-July 13, we went to Sacramento for my cousin Robby's wedding. The kids and I flew in on Thursday morning and Chris flew in Thursday night. We got to see lots of family on Thursday night at Robby and Favi's rehersal dinner and then on Friday morning we went to breakfast with my Dad, Diane, Russ, Christine and Alex. then we went to visit with Noni and Papa Louie before Chris and I went home to get ready for the wedding. Robby and Favi's wedding was beautiful!! I was so happy to be there for their special day! On Saturday, we went to Rocklin to spend the day with Chris's family. We had a great time. Cam and his cousin Kaleb went swimming, we got to meet our new cousin/nephew Jackson, Chris got to see his best friend Dayne (who he has not seen since our wedding in 2000!!!), and we also got to see Chris's Aunt, Uncle and cousins!! It was a wonderful family reunion! Saturday afternoon we went to see Sophia, Todd and Lizzie and then headed over to Noni and Poppi's before going to dinner with Papa Bob, Russ, Christine and Alex. On Sunday we got all packed up and got ready to head home. There was a change of plans however...Grandpa Pete was staying in town at Missy's house until the 17th and they asked if Cam could stay too...OMG!!! Being in a different state then my son??!! I was not sure I could handle that!!! Well, we ended up leaving him! He got to spend Sunday with Papa Bob and then Sunday evening he was dropped off at Auntie Missy's and will not be home until the 17th!!! How weird!!!
We had a wonderful and quick weekend and we are so glad that Chris was able to come too!! Chris had not been to Sac since May of 2004, so it was an overdue trip!! Until next time...here are our pictures!
