On August 17, 2007, Calleigh became the proud new owner of Bud E. Bear the fourth from Scott and White Hospital. All she had to do to claim him was have surgery! Calleigh has a form of Strabismus called Intermittent Exotropia. Strabismus, in short, is the misalignment of the eyes (please click on intermittent exotropia to read more). Dr. Adams said at a doctors appointment in early August that it was time for Calleigh to have surgery. We had put it off and we finally could not do it any more! She was a total trooper and is doing very well! We go back for a check up on September 5. We will let you know what her doc says then!
